Halloween Night Scrapbook Pages

Happy Halloween everyone!!!

This is always such a fun night - I can't wait for the trick-or-treaters to arrive :).

In the meantime, here are some fun Halloween Scrapbook pages we made recently at our Scrapbook Class.  This class meets the last Tuesday of every month anytime from 4-9pm.  We make 3 12x12 page layouts for $15, or the class is FREE with an order.  Mark your calendars and join us for the next Scrapbook Class on Tuesday, November 29.  Please RSVP to me at amy.frillici@yahoo.com by Wednesday, November 16.  I hope you can join us!!

Ok, on to our pages....

We start our first page with a Pumpkin Pie base, then added 2 strips of the Halloween Night Specialty Designer Series Paper to our page.  We also added 3 pieces of Smoky Slate card stock to our page (the perfect frame for those cute Halloween pics we all have!).

Halloween Night Specialty Designer Series Paper  142022  $13.00

Next, we added another piece of the Halloween Night Specialty Designer Series Paper that we die-cut into a banner with our Banner Framelits.  We die-cut the Whisper White circle with our Layering Circles Framelits.

Then, we stamped those cute pumpkins from the Spooky Fun Photopolymer Stamp Set (in Basic Black Archival ink) and die-cut them, along with the "spooky" tree and fence, using our Halloween Scene Edgelits.  You can purchase the stamp set and framelits separately, or save 10% when you buy the bundle.

We also stamped "happy halloween!" from the Spooky Fun Stamp Set and flagged the ends of our banner with our Paper Snips.

Finally, on this page, we added a cute Pumpkin Pie and Basic Black Baker's Twine bow to our greeting.

Banner Framelits  132173  $27.00

Layering Circles Framelits  141705  $35.00

Here'a a peak at our 2nd page....

We start this page with a Basic Black base, then added another couple of strips of the Halloween Night Specialty Designer Series Paper.  Notice the spider web paper above - it actually has an embossed silver foil design for the spider webs.  It's so cool!

We also added 3 more pieces of Smoky Slate card stock that we stamped with lots of "spooky" images from the Spooky Fun Stamp Set.

We added another piece of the Halloween Night Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) to the top of this page (there are SOOOO many cool designs in this DSP pack!) and then stamped those bats and witch from the Spooky Fun Stamp Set.  Both of these pieces were punched with our 1 1/2" Circle Punch.

Finally, we added a Pumpkin Pie Enamel Dot to our scene - it kind of looks like a Halloween moon!

Cookie Cutter Christmas

Here's a cute Holiday card for you today....

I apologize about the small smudge on the top strip of Designer Series Paper...

I think my card jumped in the ink at class (of course, that was before I got to take pics of it!).

Oh well, I think you can still appreciate the card :)

We start our card with a Crumb Cake card base, then added a layer of Real Red card stock, followed by a layer of Whisper White card stock.

Next, we added 3 strips of our fun Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper (DSP) to our card.  This pack of DSP is part of the Buy 3, Get 1 Free Designer Series Paper packs (and it ends on October 31!).

Here are all of the details on this great promotion...

Spooky Fun... Happy Halloween

Here's a cute Halloween card for you today.  I don't know about you, but I can't wait for Halloween!  I love seeing all of the trick-or-treaters dressed up in their costumes and handing out candy to them.  I hope it's good weather this year!!

We start our card with an Old Olive card base, then added a layer of Pumpkin Pie card stock embossed with the Large Polka Dot Embossing Folder.

Large Polka Dot Embossing Folder  133739  $7.50

Next, we die-cut all of those awesome "spooky" images (the fence and spooky tree) using the Halloween Scene Edgelits.

These pieces were layered on top of a circle die--cut with the Layering Circles Framelits.

Halloween Scene Edgelits  141842  $25.00

Layering Circles Framelits  141705  $35.00

We also stamped those cute jack-o-lanterns (from the Spooky Fun Stamp Set) in Basic Black ink.  First, stamp the pumpkins.  Then, add the faces to a clear block, make sure they line up with the pumpkins (it's so easy to do with our clear photopolymer stamps!) and then stamp.  Those faces are just too cute!!  The pumpkins were also die-cut with the Halloween Scene Edgelits.  You can buy the stamp set and edgelits separately, or save 10% when you buy them in the bundle!

Spooky Fun Photopolymer Stamp Set  142236  $16.00

Spooky Fun/Halloween Scene Edgelits Bundle  144439  $36.75

Finally, we stamped "happy halloween" from the Spooky Fun Stamp Set and flagged the ends to make a banner with our Paper Snips.  We also added a cute Pumpkin Pie and Black Baker's Twine bow to the sentiment.

Paper Snips  103579  $10.00

Halloween Night Baker's Twine  142027  $6.00

I hope you enjoyed this card!  I know we enjoyed making it at our Group Meeting last month!

If you'd like to make fun cards like this, consider attending the next Simple, Beautiful Card Class on Wednesday, November 9 anytime from 4-9pm (sorry, no Friday class in November).  We make 4 cards at class for $15, or your cards are FREE with an order that day at class.

Then...  mark your calendars each month for this class..... the Simple, Beautiful Card Class meets the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 4-9pm and the following Friday from 1-3pm.  You'll love this class!  Some people even call it "therapy" - you should try it, too!

Hang Your Stocking... Happiness is Coming to Town!

The paper used on this card is just so darn cute!  I love that smiley little gingerbread man and those cute mittons, how about you??

We made this card last weekend at our Hang Your Stocking Stamp-a-Stack Class. It was a big hit!  There's one more Holiday Stamp-a-Stack Class coming up on Thursday, December 1 from 6-9pm.  Check out all of the details here!

We start our card with an Early Espresso card base, then added a piece of Whisper White card stock to our card.  At the bottom of this piece, we stamped "Happiness is Coming to Town!" in Real Red ink (from the Hang Your Stocking Stamp Set).

We also added a strip of the Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper to the middle of our card.  Check out all of the designs on this paper below.  Each one is cuter than the next!
