Here are some fun treat boxes I made for my club members this month......
I decided to go with a 4th of July theme..... It will be here before you know it!!
These treat boxes are super simple to make. Just measure the size of the treat you want to put inside and go from there. In this case, the brownie treat was about 2" x 4". Then, I added an additional 3/4" on each end to make the box.
So, I started with a 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece of Night of Navy card stock. Then, I scored at 3/4" on all 4 sides. Next, I cut up along 2 opposite ends of the score lines to the intersecting score lines. Finally, I folded the ends in and adhered them to create your box.
Next, I added a 4" x 6" belly band around the box. I used the fun Snail Mail Designer Series Paper (DSP) on these treats - the Real Red patterned color scheme worked perfectly for these treats! Unfortunatley, this DSP has already sold out.....
If there is anything you'd still like to order from the Last Chance Lists on the January - June 2021 Mini Catalog, do it as soon as you can to avoid missing out!! All items are only available while supplies last and will retire on June 30.
You can see all of the January - June 2021 Mini Catalog Last Chance Items here.
I did a quick demo on how to make this treat box on our June 4, 2021 Facebook Live.
