Sweet Symmetry Scrapbook Pages

 

Here are some fun, spring pages we made at Scrapbook Class a while ago actually..... I have been meaning to post about them and am glad I'm finally doing it, as many of these items are retiring in just a few days!!

We start our first page with a Basic White base, then added to pieces of the Sweet Symmetry Designer Series Paper to the bottom of our page, along with two pieces of Flirty Flamingo card stock.  I just love all of the fun, bright prints in this DSP - make sure to order this designer paper ASAP as it's retiring on May 2 (or sooner if it sells out before then!)

Next, we stamped "You are perfectly unique" in Night of Navy ink on Basic White card stock using the In Symmetry Stamp Set (unfortunately, this stamp set has already sold out!) and die-cut it with one of the label dies in the Hippo & Friends Dies.  We also die-cut the label behind it using the Hippo & Friends Dies and another fun pattern in the Sweet Symmetry DSP. I am so sad that the Hippo & Friends Dies are retiring - I use the labels dies in this set ALL the time!!

Then, we punched a couple of sprigs from Bumblebee card stock (also retiring!) using the Symmetrical Stems Border Punch and added them to our sentiment.

Finally, we tied a Linen Thread bow and added it to our sentiment.

We also added a couple of Artistry Blooms Sequins to our page, just for a little sparkle.

Here's a peak at our next page....

Again, we start with a Basic White base and added two more patterns in the Sweet Symmetry DSP to the side of our page, along with a couple of pieces of Night of Navy card stock.

We stamped the flower from the In Symmetry Stamp Set in Flirty Flamingo and Night of Navy ink on Basic White card stock.  Next, we layered this piece on top of a Flirty Flamingo piece embossed with the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder.

Then, we tied a Flirty Flamingo Gold Metallic Ribbon bow and added it to our flower.

Finally, we stamped "best day ever!" in Night of Navy ink on a 1" strip of Basic White card stock.  This time, we punched the sprigs from Rose Gold Metallic Specialty Paper and added another Linen Thread bow to our sentiment.

Stampin' Up! Abstract Beauty Scrapbook Pages

 

Here are some fun pages we made recently at Scrapbook Class!!

They feature, among many other things, the Hippo & Friends Dies!!  I am so sad to say that these dies, along with the coordinating Hippo Happiness Stamp Set, will be retiring!!  They're available while supplies last or until May 2!!

Ok, on to our pages......

We start our first page with a Blushing Bride base, then added a sheet of the gorgeous Abstract Beauty Designer Series Paper to the top of our page, along with 3 pieces of Basic White card stock.

We also die-cut circles from coordinating patterns in the Abstract Beauty Designer Series Paper with the Layering Circles Dies and added them to our page.

Next, we die-cut a Basic White and Just Jade label using the Hippo & Friends Dies and adhered them to our page.

We also stamped a flower in Just Jade and Magenta Madness ink on the Basic White label using the Hippo Happiness Stamp Set.

Then, we stamped that cute, little lamb (also from the Hippo Happiness Stamp Set) in Blushing Bride ink, die-cut it with the Hippo & Friends Dies, and added it to the white label with Dimensionals.

Finally, we tied a White Baker's Twine bow and added it to our flower.

Here's a peak at our 2nd page......

Again, we started with a Blushing Bride base and added another fun pattern in the Abstract Beauty Designer Series Paper (DSP) to our page, along with more circles die-cut from Abstract Beauty DSP.

And just look at the cute, little hippo!!   We stamped her in Smoky Slate ink and then stamped her bow, balloon and the sentiment in Magenta Madness ink.  We die-cut these pieces, along with another Just Jade and Basic White label, using the Hippo & Friends Dies.

Magenta Madness, along with Bumblebee, Misty Moonlight, Cinnamon Cider and Just Jude are all of the In Colors that are retiring on May 2.  All of the products in these colors are only available now while supplies last, so they could sell out soon!!  Make sure to order your ink refills, extra card stock, blends, jewels, etc in these colors while you still can!!

You know I pretty much can't design a project without using some bling.... So, I did, of course!!  We used the (retiring!) 2020-22 In Color Square Gems on a couple of the circles, just to add a little color!!

Sunshine & Rainbows Scrapbook Pages

 

Hi Friends!

Here are some fun Scrapbook Pages we made this month at Scrapbook Class featuring the Sunshine & Rainbows Designer Series Paper (DSP).  

You can still get this DSP for FREE during Sale-a-Bration (thru next Monday, February 28!!).

We start our first page with a Pool Party base, then added a full sheet of Magenta Madness cardstock to our page.

Next, we added four 3" x 3" pieces of the super-fun Sunshine & Rainbows Designer Series Paper (DSP) to the side of our page, along with another strip on the top of our page.

You can see that there are LOTS of fun, bright festive patterns in this DSP!!

Then, we stamped "So Smart, So Fun, So Sweet..." in Magenta Madness ink on Basic White card stock using the A Grand Kid Stamp Set and die-cut the sentiment with the Tailor Made Tags Dies.  We also die-cut another tag from the Sunshine & Rainbows DSP and layered in behind our sentiment.

Finally, we added a couple of 2020-22 In Color Square Gems to our sentiment and a Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon bow to the top of our tags.

This time, we started with a Magenta Madness base and added a full sheet of Pool Party card stock to our page.

We also added two strips of the "cloud" Rainbows & Sunshine Designer Series Paper to the top of our page.

Then, we stamped "Celebrate Every Beautiful Thing" in Magenta Madness ink on Basic White card stock using the Catching Butterflies Stamp Set and die-cut the sentiment with the Hippo & Friends Dies.

Next, we layered the sentiment on top of another Magenta Madness piece die-cut with the Hippo & Friends Dies

Finally, we tied a Pool Party Sheer Ribbon bow and added it to our sentiment with a Mini Glue Dot.

We also cut a piece of Magenta Madness card stock and layered a piece of Pool Party card stock on top of it.  Next, we added two pieces of Sunshine & Rainbows DSP to the top and bottom of these pieces, along with a strip of Magenta Madness card stock between these 2 pieces of DSP.

Then, we stamped that cute little girl and the butterfly in Black Memento ink on Basic White card stock using the Catching Butterflies Stamp Set and die-cut it with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.

Next, we colored her dress, skin, hair and butterfly using the Pool Party, Ivory, Soft Suede, Daffodil Delight and Melon Mambo Stampin' Blends and added this piece to the page with Dimensionals.
