Whimsy & Wonder Scrapbook Pages

 

Hi Friends!

I've got some super-fun Scrapbook Pages to share with you today :).

They feature one of my most favorite specialty papers in the July-December Mini Catalog.... the Whimsy & Wonder Designer Series Paper!!  I hope you enjoy these pages as much as I did creating them!!

We start our first page with a Polished Pink base, then added two pieces of the Whimsy & Wonder Designer Series Paper.  I think it's the fun color combo that drew me to this DSP, and I STILL can't get enough of it!!  Those pinks and blues and greens and silvers.... it's just gorgeous!!

We also added two pieces of Mint Macaron card stock to the side of our page.

Next, we stamped "Love & Joy come to you...." in Polished Pink ink on Basic White card stock using the Christmas to Remember Stamp Set and die-cut the sentiment with the Seasonal Labels Dies.  We also die-cut the Vellum piece behind it with the Seasonal Labels Dies.  These dies have been my "go-to" label dies this holiday season!

We also added a piece of Polished Pink Open Weave Ribbon behind our sentiment, as well as two stems punched from Rose Gold Metallic Paper using the Symmetrical Stems Border Punch.  This punch is perfect when you just need to add a little "something" to your project.

Finally, we added two Elegant Faceted Gems on either side of our sentiment and then added all of this to a another piece of the Whimsy &  Wonder Designer Series Paper.

Here's a closer look at that gorgeous Whimsy & Wonder Designer Series Paper.  It's just so beautiful!!

And here's a look at our second page....

Again, we started with a Polished Pink base and added two more pieces of the Whimsy & Wonder Designer Series Paper to the side of our page.  Aren't those presents just gorgeous, too??   I can't wait to add pics to these pages after the holidays this year :).

This time, we stamped "May this be a Christmas to Remember...." again in Polished Pink ink and die-cut the sentiment with another label from the Seasonal Labels Dies.

We also added a couple of Rose Gold Symmetrical Stems behind this sentiment.  But... this time we added our sentiment to a half-sheet of Mint Macaron card stock with a strip of Whimsy & Wonder Designer Series Paper along the bottom and also added a piece of the beautiful Mint Macaron Soft Velvet Ribbon.  This ribbon is soooooo soft and adds the perfect finishing touch to our sentiment!

Finally, we added a 2021-23 In Color Polished Pink Jewel to our sentiment.

Snowflake Splendor Scrapbook Pages

 Hi Friends!

Here are a couple of the Scrapbook pages we made last month at our Scrapbook Class!

This suite of products, the Snowflake Splendor Suite, has been one of my all-time favorites this year.  It caught my eye the first time I saw it in the catalog.  I've played with it quite a bit over the last few months, and I still can't get enough of it :).

I hope you enjoy these pages as much as I did designing them!

We start our first page with a Balmy Blue base, then added a strip of the Snowflake Splendor Designer Series Paper (DSP) across the top of our page.  I just LOVE all of the beautiful shades of blue in those snowflakes!

Next, we added a half-sheet of Highland Heather card stock to our page, along with another piece of the Snowflake Splendor Designer Series Paper to the side of our page.

Before adhering the Highland Heather piece to our page, we added a strip of the Snowflake Splendor Ribbon to the bottom of it.

Next, we stamped "May Your Season Sparkle" in Misty Moonlight ink on Whisper White card stock using the Snowflake Wishes Stamp Set.  Then, we die-cut this sentiment with the Hippo & Friends Dies.

We also die-cut three snowflakes from Highland Heather, Whisper White and Balmy Blue card stock using the So Many Snowflakes Dies.

Finally, we added a Blue Adhesive-Backed Gem to the center of our snowflakes.  These blue gems are my absolute favorite accessory in the Aug-Dec Mini Catalog :).  They are so sparkly and beautiful!

Here's a peak at our second page....

For this page, we started with a Highland Heather base, then added a strip of the Snowflake Splendor DSP to the side of our page.  We also added a half-sheet of Balmy Blue card stock and another piece of the Snowflake Splendor DSP to the side of our page.  I had so much fun deciding which patterns in this DSP to use for these pages!

This time, we stamped "Snowflake Wishes for a Merry Christmas" in Misty Moonlight ink on Whisper White card stock (again using the Hippo & Friends Dies).  If you don't have these dies yet, you're going to want to get them!  There are so many great labels dies in this set, in addition to the cute hippo & friends!) dies!

We also die-cut a Misty Moonlight, Whisper White and Highland Heather snowflake using the So Many Snowflakes Dies.  And... of course, we had to add another Blue Gem to our snowflakes :).

And... since I just can't get enough of these snowflakes, we die-cut two more for the bottom of our page.... in Whisper White and Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper.  This glimmer paper has been another favorite of mine this year - it's just so shiny :).

We also added a strip of the Seaside Spray Metallic Ribbon to the bottom of our Balmy Blue piece before adhering it to the page.

Product of the Week - The Snowflake Splendor Suite

This week's Product of the Week over on the Gathering Inkspiration Stamp Studio Facebook Group is the Snowflake Splendor Suite!!

The stamp set is beautiful, the dies are gorgeous, the embossing folder is so fun, and then there are the embellishments.... the balmy blue glimmer paper, blue adhesive-backed sequins, snowflake splendor iridescent ribbon and designer series paper.... oh my!!

All week long, we'll be featuring fun projects featuring the Snowflake Splendor Suite as our Product of the Week over on our Facebook Group and Facebook Business Page.  

I'll also be demonstrating a couple of great projects using this fun stamp set and dies on our Facebook Live this Friday at 11:30am EST on the Gathering Inkspiration Stamp Studio Facebook Group.
