Broadway Bound New Year's Eve Scrapbook Pages

Here are some fun Scrapbook Pages for you..... just in time for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day!!

I hope you enjoy these pages!!

We made them last night at our Scrapbook Class, and everyone enjoyed them there :).

We start our first page with a Basic Black base, then added 2 strips of the Broadway Bound Designer Series Paper to the side and bottom of our page.

We also added 2 pieces of Whisper White card stock to our page to frame our photos from our New Year's festivities.

Next, we stamped "Happy" in Black Stazon ink using the Merry Christmas to All Stamp Set.  We die-cut this circle, along with the Gold Foil Paper scallop circle behind it, with our Layering Circle Framelits.

Then, we tied a Gold Cord bow and added it to our sentiment with a Mini Glue Dot.

Finally, we stamped "New Year" in Black Stazon ink using the Make a Difference Stamp Set, die-cut the circles again with our Layering Circle Framelits and added 2 Gold Metallic Pearls to the sentiment.  With 143 letters (yes, 143!!!), you can build so many great sentiments with this stamp set!!

Here's a peak at our 2nd page...

Again, we started with a Basic Black base and added 2 more strips of the Broadway Bound Designer Series Paper (DSP) to the top and side of our page.  This DSP is perfect for our New Year's pages, don't you agree??

This time, we stamped "Hooray" in Black Stazon ink using the Broadway Birthday stamp set and die-cut our sentiment with the Layering Oval Framelits.  Again, we layered our sentiment on a Gold Foil scallop circle die-cut with the Layering Circle Framelits.

For our final sentiment, we stamped "Celebrate the Good Stuff" in Black Stazon ink using the Picture Perfect Birthday Stamp Set and layered it on top of another Gold Foil scallop circle.

Then, we tied a Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon bow and added it to our sentiment with a Mini Glue Dot.

Cheers to the Year... Happy New Year!!

Oh, my gosh..... it's New Year's Eve!!!

I can't believe another year has flown by, can you???

In honor of New Years, I thought I'd share a fun New Year's card with you today :).

We start our card with a Thick Whisper White card base, then added a layer of Soft Suede card stock, followed by a layer of Whisper White card stock embossed with the Winter Wonder Embossing Folder.  I sure am going to miss this embossing folder when in retires in just a few days (on January 2, to be exact!).

Next, we added some Copper Metallic Thread to our card - just run a bit of adhesive on your card and then look and tack the thread down on the card making "figure 8's" with the thread.

We also punched a starburst out of Champagne Foil Sheets using our Starburst Punch and layered it over the Copper Metallic Thread.

Then, we stamped "cheers to a new year" and that "rays of sunshine" looking stamp with Versamark Ink using the Cheers to the Year Stamp Set and embossed it with Copper Stampin' Emboss Powder and our Heat Tool.

Finally, we punched these out with our 1 3/8"Circle Punch and our 2" Circle Punch and layered them on our card with Dimensionals.
