Stampin' Bingo!!!!

Hi Friends!

I wanted to share our latest Bingo Night with you all!  We typically play Bingo about 3 times a year, with the release of each new catalog.

We always have so much fun at Bingo....  I think it's the combination of game playing, prize winning and card making that just work really well together :).

Here are pics of the make-n-takes that we made in between our Bingo rounds......

Each person that attended Bingo also went home with ALL of this that night (on top of their Bingo winnings!!)....

I always like to give a little something to each person that attends.  This time, everyone received a fun Valentine treat box, along with a sample of the Lovely & Beautiful Specialty Designer Series Paper and Pearlized Faceted Circles, along with their make-n-takes.

Here's a close-up of this fun treat box idea.....

These treat boxes are simple to make.  Start with a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" piece of Real Red card stock.  Score on the 5 1/2" side at 1 1/2" and 4".  Then, score on the 8 1/2" side at 1 3/4", 3 1/2", 5" and and 6 3/4".

Cut up along the 1 1/2" and 4"score marks on each end to the intersecting score marks.  Cut up along the middle tabs on the long sides.

Cut on a diagonal on all 4 tabs on each side of the middle flap.

Add Tear & Tape to the 4 end flaps.

Cut four pieces of DSP to 2 1/4" x 1 1/2".  Add your DSP to the box before you adhere it together.

See video below for more how-to's.

I also used the Bee My Valentine Stamp Set, Made with Love Designer Series Paper, Pearlized Faceted Circles, Spotlight on Nature Dies, Real Red Shiny Ribbon, 1 7/8" Circle Punch and Red & White Baker's Twine on this treat box.

Here's a quick video that I made over on Instagram that demo's how to assemble this box:

Here's a slower video to show you in more detail how to put this box together (it's not the exact box show above, but you'll get the idea!):

I'd love to have you join us for our next Live Bingo Night, probably sometime in April or May 2026!!

More details coming soon!

I hope you were Inkspired today :).

Bewitching Halloween Treat Idea

Here are some fun Halloween treats I made for my Club Members this month....

Maybe you'd like to receive cute treats like this from me each month, too??

Just join a club today, and you can, too :).

If you'd like more info about the current clubs available, you can learn more here!

These little boxes are super simple to make!!

You can change out the colors and DSP for any theme that you need a little treat idea for..... birthdays, wedding shower, baby shower, thank you's, etc.

Here's how to make these little treat boxes......

-Start with a 4" x 6 1/2" piece of Granny Apple Green card stock.

-Score along the 4" side at 1" and 3".

-Score along the 6 1/2" side at 2 1/4", 3 1/4" and 5 1/2".

-Cut up along the side score marks to intersecting score lines and cut off top tabs (see picture below)

-Punch the top middle tab with the Label Me Lovely Punch (see picture below).

-Fold in the center tabs on each side and adhere the longer flaps to the center tab and each other to create your box.

-Cut a 2" x 7" piece of Gingham Cottage Designer Series Paper. Wrap around the treat box and adhere at the back.

-Die-cut a circle from Highland Heather card stock and a banner from Granny Apple Green card stock using the Stylish Shapes Dies and adhere to the treat box with Dimensionals.

-Punch a circle from Celebrate Today Designer Series Paper using the Decorative Circle Punch.  Stamp a spider in Black Memento ink using the Bewitching Stamp Set and adhere to the Highland Heather circle.

-Stamp a witches hat in Black Memento Ink on Basic White card stock.  Color the hat with the Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Granny Apple Green and Highland Heather Stampin' Blends.  Punch with the Witch Hat Builder Punch, and attach to the circle with Dimensionals.

-Fill a cello bag with candy (I used Brach's Candy Corns, my favorite for this time of year!), and tie a Black & White Gingham Ribbon  bow around the top of the bag.

And.... that's it!!

Here are all of the products I used to make this treat idea.

Hues of Happiness Club Member Treat

Hi Friends!

I showed these club member treats on last Friday's Facebook Live and promised I'd get a blog post up to share how to make them :).

So, here goes......

These are actually treat boxes I've made a number of times over the past few year.

They look A LOT more complicated than they actually are to make (at least, I think they do!).

Here's a video I made a few years ago.  This will show you how to cut and assemble the box.  I'll give the new/current products actually used on this box below.

direct video link:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nDROTvtrw4&t=5s

I also listed the steps below.  They will make a lot more sense if you watch the video, too!

  • For these treat boxes, I started with a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" piece of Mango Melody card stock.
  • Score along the 5 1/2" side at 1 1/2" and 4".
  • Score along the 8 1/2" side at 1 3/4", 3 1/2", 5", 6 3/4" (and also at 1/2" on one end, but only on each side and not in the middle)
  • Cut along the 1 1/2" and 4" score marks to the intersecting score marks.
  • Cut off 1/2" tabs on one end.
  • Cut up along the middle tabs on the long side.
  • Cut on a diagonal on all 4 tabs on each side of the middle flap.
  • Adhere 4 pieces of DSP cut to 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" to the middle sections (but not on the bottom).
  • Add Tear & Tape to the 4 end flaps and put the box together.

Listed below are the products used to make these treat boxes.

Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper  158822

Tailor Made Tags Dies  155563
