This first page is the counterpart to one of the pages we made last month....
I love the cool, wintery feel of this page. The keys to making it feel that way are the fun blues (Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay and Island Indigo, in this case!) in the Winter Frost Designer Series Paper. We also added some sparkle with a strip of Silver Glimmer paper along the left side of the page and the silvery snowflakes (using the new Silver Foil sheets). Finally, we added those fun snowflakes (large snowflake in Island Indigo and smaller snowflakes with Coastal Cabana cardstock embossed with White Embossing Powder) using the Festive Flurry Bundle. For the finishing touch, we added a Frosted Finishes Embellishment to the larger snowflake.

These pages feature the Venetian Romance Designer Series Paper - the effect of the colors on these pages is also cool, but vintage and textured at the same time.
On the top of this page, we stamped "CREATE" from the Creative Elements set, punched it out with the XL Oval punch, added it to a Baked Brown Sugar Decorative Label punch piece, stamped the flourish frame (also from the Creative Elements set) behind it in Crisp Cantalope and finally added a fun butterfly using the Papillon Potpourri stamp set and coordinating Elegant Butterfly punch.

On the bottom corner of this page, we stamped the larger flourish (also from the Creative Elements stamp set) in Crisp Cantalope ink, then added a sparkly heart (using Champagne Glimmer paper and the Full Heart Punch), a small strip of 5/8" Victoria Crochet Trim and a Vintage Faceted Button tied with Linen Thread - I love this effect of the sparkle and vintage charm!

This last page also has that cool, vintage, textured feel.....
On the bottom of this page, we added a Lace Paper Doily (one half of it, actually!), some more Champagne Glimmer sparkle, and then stamped "love you" in Island Indigo ink (from the Express Yourself Hostess Stamp set) and added it to a Decorative Label piece that we'd also stamped with the Four Frames border stamp in Baked Brown Sugar ink. Finally, we added a beautiful Very Vanilla Seam Binding Bow to finish the look.
