Here are the 4 cards we made at the Another Great Year Stamp-a-Stack class!!

This is such a great, versatile stamp set!!
It was really fun to make more than one card with this stamp set at class this month!!

This first card features a Raspberry Ripple card base (this is one of the In Colors that will be retiring on May 31 - don't wait until it's too late to get your In Color card stock, ribbon and ink refills!!).  Next, we added a Very Vanilla piece embossed with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing folder, then a piece of the Birthday Basics Designer Series Paper.  We also added a Raspberry Ripple 3/8" Stitched Satin ribbon to the card.  Finally, we stamped the "wish big" image in Raspberry Ripple ink and then used our Blender Pens to color in the candles in the coordinating Gumball Green (retiring), Primrose Petals (retiring), Bermuda Bay and Summer Starfruit (retiring) ink.

This card starts with a Whisper White card base, then we added a layer of Coastal Cabana card stock embossed with the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder (a FREE Sale-a-Bration item with any $50 order thru March 31!) and a strip of the Retro Fresh Designer Series Paper.  We stamped the "Happy Birthday to You" in Baked Brown Sugar ink and added a Rhinestone to dot the "i".

We start this card with a Very Vanilla card base, then added a layer of Blushing Bride card stock embossed with the Scallops Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  Next, we stamped the "Another great year... another great birthday" sentiment in Chocolate Chip ink and die-cute that piece (as well as the Chocolate Chip piece behind it) with the Oval Framelits.  We also stamped the two flowers in Blushing Bride ink using the Flower Shop Bundle (stamp set and punch) and the Petite Petals Bundle (stamp set and punch).  Finally, we added some of that gorgeous 5/8" Victoria Crochet Trim to the card.

We start with a Midnight Muse card base (another retiring In Color on May 31!), then added a layer of Real Red card stock and a layer of Whisper White card stock.  Next, we stamped "Happy Birthday to You" in Midnight Muse ink and added a strip of the red and white DSP from the Fresh Prints Designer Series Paper stack.  Finally, we added a Real Red 1/8" Taffeta bow to the card.

3D Project/Big Shot/Gift Item Class/Club - Thursday, March 20

Here are the fun projects we made at the 3D Project/Big Shot/Gift Item Club this month!!

We were focused on Easter this month!!

It was so great to work with the fabulous Watercolor Wonder Designer Series Paper -
it really got me in the mood for spring!!

This first project is a fun Easter basket - 

just fill it with some Easter grass and your favorite Easter candy, and you're all set!!

This basket is so easy to assemble...

Just take a 12x12 piece of cardstock (we used Calypso Coral), and score it at 4" and 8" on both sides.  Fold along all score lines.  Next, fold each of the corners in to meet the other score line so that you create a triangle flap at each corner.  Then, fold these triangles in to overlap each other on two sides.  Add a ribbon to each side of the box (we attached our Crushed Curry 3/4" Chevron Ribbon to a piece of cardstock to give it some sturdiness), punch a hole through it all and hold together with a brad.  It really is simple!!

Next, we added a piece of the Watercolor Wonder Designer Series Paper to the front of the basket and tied an Organza Ribbon around the DSP.  Then, we stamped "happy easter" and that cute bunny (in Wild Wasabi ink) from the Eggstra Spectacular Stamp Set and die-cut that piece (and the Daffodil Delight circle) using the Circle Framelits.  Finally, we mounted those pieces on a Wild Wasabi piece die-cut with the Starburst Framelit Dies.

This is our next project...  

Thanks so much to Vicky at Crafting Clares Paper Moments for this cute Easter bonnet idea!!

We die-cut the Daffodil Delight "bonnet" with the Circle Framelits, then we filled a Sweet Treat Cup with some Easter M&Ms and sealed that to the circle.  Next, we tied a Daffodil Delight 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon around the bonnet.  Then, we punched those cute flowers (using the Boho Blossoms Punch) and the leaves (using the Bird Punch) and added them to the Sweet Treat Cup with Mini Glue Dots.  Finally, we added some pearls to the flowers to complete the dainty bonnet treat!!

Here's the last project we made at class this month...

It also features the Watercolor Wonder Designer Series Paper (this time in Gumball Green and Island Indigo shades), along with the Decorative Dots Impression folder (a FREE Sale-a-Bration item with any $50 order!!).  We stamped those beautiful tulips and the "Wishes for a Blessed Easter" in Black Stazon ink directly on the piece of Watercolor Wonder DSP (no coloring of the tulips is required - the DSP does it for us!!).  Next, we added those cute flowers using the Petite Petals punch and added more of those fabulous pearls to the center of the flowers.
