 Love Notes for All Occasions

When Ashley Van Camp started playing with the Designer Tee Stamp Set she discovered that its variety of sentiments makes it one of the most versatile—and coolest—stamp sets around!

She used the set to create these love notes, which are fun to throw in a lunch bag, use for Valentine’s Day, tie to a gift, or use as a topper for a treat.

 These cute cards were the inspiration for the projects below.

We start our card with a Whisper White 3x3 card base, then added a layer of Succulent Garden Designer Series Paper to our cards.

Next, we stamped "Congratulations" and "Happy Birthday" from the Designer Tee Sale-a-Bration Stamp Set on Mint Macaron card stock.  You can get this stamp set for FREE with a $50 order now thru March 31!!

Then, we die-cut our sentiments using the Stitched Shapes Framelits.

Finally, we added a piece of the Gold Natural Trim and a Whisper White Baker's Twine bow to our cards.

We made our coordinating envelopes using the Envelope Punch Board and some more of the fabulous Succulent Garden Designer Series Paper.  Just follow the directions on the Envelope Punch Board for an envelope that holds a 3x3 card!  Or....

Stampin' Up! Thank You So Very Much meets Avant Garden

Here's a great card that features a couple of awesome stamp sets that you can get for FREE during Sale-a-Bration.  We made this card at our Group Meeting and Inkspiration Night a few weeks ago - an entire batch of these cards will all be donated to a local Hospice House.

Read on to learn all about this gorgeous card (and thank you so much to Bonnie O'Neill for her inspiration on this card!)...

We start our card with a Blushing Bride card base, then added a layer of Very Vanilla card stock.

Next, we stamped "Thank You So Very Much" (from the So Very Much Sale-a-Bration stamp set) in Soft Suede ink.  I love the beautiful cursive writing in this sentiment - if only I could write like that!

Next, we stamped our flowers using the Avant Garden Stamp Set - this has been a super-popular stamp set this Sale-a-Bration season!

Here's how we did it.... (the stamping, I mean!)....

-the flower in Blushing Bride ink

-the inside of the flower in Soft Suede ink

-the leaves and stem in Old Olive ink

Finally, we added a Very Vanilla Stitched Satin "knot" along the top corner of our card and 3 small pearls under our sentiment.  A couple of beautiful finishing touches, for sure :)
