Snail Mail Scrapbook Pages

 

Hi Friends!

 

I've got some fun birthday scrapbook pages for you today :).  We can always use more pages for our birthday celebrations, don't you agree?? :)

 

We start our first page with a Daffodil Delight base, then added two strips of the fun Snail Mail Designer Series Paper to the bottom of our page.  There is just something about these cute snails that just makes me smile :).  I think maybe it's because they just look so happy.

We also added a couple of Real Red pieces to our page to frame our photos.

At the top of our page, we stamped "Happy Birthday" in Black Memento ink on a 1" wide strip of Basic White card stock using the Approaching Perfection Stamp Set.

 

We also stamped the candles in Black Memento ink and then colored them in with Daffodil Delight and Bermuda Bay Blends Markers and added some Wink of Stella to the candle flames to make them sparkle.

 

 

We die-cut this candle piece with the Stitched Shapes Dies and layered it on top of a Basic Black piece punched with the Everyday Label Punch.

 

Finally, we tied a Black and White Twine bow using the Playful Pets Trim Combo Pack and added it to the candles.

Here's a peak at our second page....

This time, we started with a Real Red base and added another couple of fun patterns in the Snail Mail Designer Series Paper to the side of our page. And, again, we added a half-sheet of Daffodil Delight card stock to the side of our page to highlight our photos.

 

We added the fun sentiment.... "News Flash" from the Approaching Perfection Stamp Set using Basic White card stock and the Tasteful Labels Dies.

 

Next, we layered our sentiment on top of another Bermuda Bay piece die-cut from the Tasteful Labels Dies.

Finally, we added two Red Rhinestones and a Real Red Stitched Ribbon bow (from the Playful Pets Trim Combo Pack) to our sentiment.
