Here are the fun projects we made at the 3D Project/Big Shot Class/Club this month!!
I decided it was time to get ready for some Holiday Gift-Giving!!
Our first project is a 6" wide white paper bag that is covered with the Season of Style Designer Series Paper. Just cut your 12x12 sheet of DSP (you know you have a ton of DSP stashed away for that special occasion - just use it!!) in half and put one sheet on the front of the bag (fold the extra DSP, maybe about 2 inches inside the bag) and then put the other sheet on the back of the bag and fold the extra over the front part of the bag. Next, we added small strip of Old Olive card-stock to the front flap to finish this edge.
Finally, we stamped "Just a Little Something for a Very Special Someone" from the Chalk Talk stamp set and then die-cut it with the coordinating Chalk Talk Framelits. We added a mini flower with one of the punches from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack and put a Cherry Cobbler Candy Dot in the middle!

Our next project is a 4x6 cello bag covered in Season of Style Designer Series Paper. The top of the bag is cut down to 5" tall, so that a 6x12 sheet of DSP can wrap all the way around the bag and still have a closing flap on top! We added a couple of pieces of cardstock die-cut with the Deco Labels Collection Framelits, then punched 4 pieces of card stock and DSP with the 2 3/8" scallop circle punch, scrunched those up and put them all together with a Basics Glimmer brad. We also added a flag of Cherry Cobbler Chevron Ribbon to the embellishment! This is the perfect envelope for giving cards, a gift-card or anything you like!

And here is our last project......
It's another cute way to give a gift-card or money or maybe just a cute note.....
The little note card (measuring 2 3/4 x 3") fits perfectly inside the holder. We made the holder with the Deco Labels Collection Framelits. Just fold a piece of DSP in half and lay it under the framelit, being careful not to put the bottom of the folded piece all the way to the bottom of the framelit. This way it will die-cut the edges but leave the folded piece at the bottom intact - makes the perfect gift-card or note-card holder!
Next, we stamped one of the ornaments from the Christmas Collectibles Stamp set, punched it out with the coordinating Christmas Ornament Punch and layered it on top of a 1 3/4" Cherry Cobbler circle punch and a 2 3/8" Crumb Cake scallop circle punch. Finally, we tied a bow around the holder with the Victoria Crochet Trim.

We stamped the notecard with the Naughty or Nice stamp from the Very Merry Tags set (once on white cardstock and punched it out the the Oval Punch and then again on Crumb Cake cardstock and punched that with the Decorative Label punch), added a strip of Season of Style DSP and some linen thread.
