Scrapbook Class - March 15, 2012

Here are the pages we'll be making this week on Thursday, March 15 at Scrapbook Class.  I hope you can join us!  Just email me at amy.frillici@yahoo.com or call me at (989) 330-0259
to RSVP by March 13!

The first two pages are made using the "Snow Much Fun" stamp set featured in the 2011-12 Idea Book & Catalog - I just loved the snowmen and had to use them one more time before spring arrives!  We start with a Whisper White base and add a sheet of Pacific Point Card stock.  Then we added a few snowflakes (punched with the Snowflake punch, of course) in Pool Party card stock.

This first page also features a strip of the Twitterpated Designer Series paper from the Occasions Mini catalog.  I thought the design looked like snowflakes!  We also added a strip of Pool Party card stock (punched with the Eyelet Border punch) to look like snow along the bottom of the page!

Here's that first cute snowman!
We stamped him in Black Staz-on Ink, then colored him in with Pacific Point,
Pool Party and Pumpkin Pie markers.

The sentiment at the top of this page reads "snowbody likes you as much as me"!

Here's the other snowman - stamped and colored like the one above.  We also added a Pool Party background embossed with the Snowburst Embossing folder.

This last page gets us ready for Spring!  It features a Wild Wasabi base with a strip of Beyond the Garden Designer Series Paper.  We added a Pacific Point edging to this DSP using the Scallop Border Punch!  We also punched three flowers using the Fancy Flower punch and added a circle (punched with the 1/2" circle punch) of another paper/design from the Beyond the Garden DSP.  I love this beautiful spring-time Designer Series Paper!

We also stamped and embossed a few sentiments from the Loving Thoughts stamp set (available in the Occasions Mini until April 30!).  I LOVE all of the sentiments in this stamp set - and... they are perfect for creating whimsical scrapbook pages!

I hope you enjoyed these pages!  Please let me know if you'd like to join us at class this week!
