This is a fun treat I've made for all of my club members this month :). I saw the idea (courtesy of Kelly Agee) on a facebook group I belong to and knew I had to make them!! We had actually made them at the 3D Project/Big Shot class last month, and I didn't get enough of them then - so, I decided to make some more!! There is one tiny Hershey Chocolate nugget inside each treat holder :).
This cute treat holder is made with a 2" x 7 1/2" strip of Pool Party card stock. I scored it at 3 1/4" on each end and then punched the ends with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. Next, we added a 1/2" strip from the Fresh Prints Designer Series Paper stack to the bottom of the treat. We also stamped the flag, scalloped heart and small white heart from the Hearts a Flutter stamp set and die-cut them with the coordinating Hearts a Flutter framelits. Finally, we punched a large heart with the Full Heart Punch and then added those cute dots with the new Decorative Dots Impression folder (this is a FREE Sale-a-bration item you can get with any $50 order!).
