Birthday Bash..... Celebrate Your Day

This card just screams "party" to me!!  Birthday party, that is!!

I think maybe it's all that confetti......

Or maybe those little glints of gold.....

We start this fun card with a Bermuda Bay card base, then add that festive layer of Birthday Bash Specialty Designer Series Paper - it's considered a "specialty" paper because of all those embossed gold flecks (the other "specialty" sheet of DSP has gold embossed balloons! - they are super-cute!).

Next, we added a layer of Gold paper (from our Gold Foil Sheets), followed by a layer of Whisper White Card Stock - can you see the gold just peaking out from behind the white card stock??

We stamped those cute balloons (in Crushed Curry, Tangelo Twist, and Bermuda Bay) from the Balloon Bash Stamp Set.

Then, we stamped "celebrate your birthday" in Night of Navy, Bermuda Bay and Tangelo Twist ink (cleaning the stamp between each use!) and then fussy-cut these pieces with our Paper Snips and popped them up on Dimensionals.

Finally, we added some Bermuda Bay Sequin Trim behind these pieces and a Gold Basic Metal Button tied with a White Baker's Twine bow
