Isn't this just the prettiest birthday card?? This was a swap (designed by Kim Vogel) that I received a few months ago. Of course, since I loved it so much, we had to make it at a class at the stamp studio (which we did earlier this year!).

We start our card with an Old Olive card base, then added a layer of Marina Mist card stock embossed with the Scattered Sequins Embossing Folder.

Next, we added a strip of that gorgeous Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) to our card. The silver foil accents on this DSP make it stunning!

Then, we stamped our cake (from the Cake Soiree Stamp Set) in Daffodil Delight ink. With a solid image stamp like this, I recommend using your Stampin' Pierce Mat as a work surface to stamp on. It really helps lay all of the ink from the stamp on your paper when stamping.
We die-cut our cake out with the Sweet Cake Framelits and layered it on a half of a Delicate White Doily with Stampin' Dimensionals.
You can buy this stamp set and framelits separately, or save 10% when you buy them in the bundle.

We added some Wink of Stella to our cake (sorry, I know it's hard to see the glitter in this pic!) and then finishied it off with one of those cute In Color Bitty Bows

Finally, we stamped "Happy Birthday" from the Cake Soiree Stamp Set in Berry Burst ink, punched it out with our 1 3/8" Circle Punch and added it to our card with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I hope you enjoyed this card!

Want to see this card made live?? Just watch this recent Facebook Live video where I demo'd this card, too!
I loved this stamp set, framelits and designer series paper so much that I decided to design a Class To Go that featured all of these products, too!

RSVPs are due by Friday, February 23
I hope you have an Inkspired day!
