3D Project/Big Shot Class/Club - Wednesday, October 24

Here are the projects we'll be making next Wednesday, October 24 at our 3D Project/Big Shot Class!  You're going to love them!!  Please let me know if you'd like to attend class!  Just RSVP to amy.frillici@yahoo.com or call (989) 330-0259.  I CASE'd all three of these projects from a recent issue of Stampin' Success, a magazine that Stampin' Up sends to all demonstrators.  If you purchase the starter kit, you'll also receive this awesome magazine!

This first project is a cute pocket folder that you can put candy in (flat candy, that is!).  We used more of that awesome Howlstooth and Scaringbone DSP (for the triangle), as well as the Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stack (on the bottom of the folder).  We also used the Essentials Paper-Piercing Pack to score around the outside edge of the folder, then used the Basic Black Marker to draw from point to point so that it looks like stitching - how fun!  Finally, we stamped the sentiment "Witches and Goblins and Spooks oh my"  from the Toxic Treats Stamp set in Jet Black Stazon Ink and then colored it in with a Pumpin Pie marker.

You receive 40 sheets in total is this Neutrals DSP Stack, 2 each of 2 double-sided designs in the 10 Neutral colors (12x12).

So, if you don't have that Toxic Treats Stamp set yet, you really need to get it!!  I used it on this cute Candy Corn 1x8 cello treat bag as well.  We stamped the boiling caldron and the graveyard fence in Jet Black Stazon and then Happy Halloween in Pumpkin Pie ink.  We also added a bow in Basic Black 1/8" Taffeta ribbon.  Simple and Cute!!  And... who would have thought to stamp the stazon ink right on the treat bag!  Stampin' Up artists always have such good ideas!!

This last project is a cute treat bag made from the Natural Composition Specialty Designer Series Paper.  We ran it through the Fancy Favor Box Die with the Big Shot and then added those cute "handles" with the 1/2" Basic Gray Striped Ribbon.

The tag is made from the largest die on the Delicate Doilies Sizzlit and one of the Labels Collection Framelits (the Toxic Treats witch is from the Toxic Treats stamp set used in the two projects above). We also added a little bling behind the black doilie with a 2 3/8" scallop circle punch with the Silver Glimmer Paper. I cut the scallop in half and then mounted it behind the black doilie so that you could see the sparkle (sorry, I know you can barely see it in this picture - looks much better in person!).  Finally, the flag is made with the Brights Collection Designer Series Paper Stack and another strip of the 1/2" Basic Gray Striped Ribbon.
