All Occasion Card Class/Club - Wednesday, October 8 - Card #3

This is the next card we made at class this week....

I absolutely LOVE this color combination - Blackberry Bliss, Mossy Meadow and Tangelo Twist - with a splash of Champagne Glimmer Paper!!

I knew when Stampin' Up released these new In Colors that they would be perfect for fall!!

Don't you agree??

We start this card with a Blackberry Bliss card base, then added a (5 x 3 3/4") layer of Mossy Meadow Card Stock, followed by a (4 3/4 x 3 1/2") layer of Very Vanilla Card Stock.

Then, let the fun begin.....

We inked up our "thanks" stamp from the Seasonally Scattered Stamp Set in Crumb Cake ink.  Next, we used the brush-tip end of our Blackberry Bliss, Mossy Meadow and Tangelo Twist Markers to add some color to our stamp - we "thumped" the markers all over the stamp - by basically tapping (or thumping) the ink on various parts of the stamp.  You can add as much or as little color as you like - and no two images look the same!!  It's a gorgeous effect!!



Next, we die-cut our leaves with the Autumn Accents Bigz Die, added them to the card with Dimensionals and tied some of our Burlap pieces (see this idea here!!) in a bow.
