Tropical Escape Scrapbook Pages

Oh, my gosh.....!!  We have not talked about Scrapbook Pages in quite a while, it feels like!

So...... I've got some fun pages to share with you today :).


We made these pages at a recent Scrapbook Class, and everyone fell in love with this suite of products!!  Read on to learn more.....

We start our page with a Whisper White base, then added a full sheet of Shaded Spuce card stock to our page.

We also added two pieces of the Tropical Escape Designer Series Paper to the bottom and top of our page.

Next, we stamped our leaves and flower from the Tropical Chic Stamp Set in Shaded Spruce, Granny Apple Green and Blushing Bride ink and die-cut them with the coordinating Tropical Thinlits.

We also die-cut another leaf from Shaded Spruce card stock using our Tropical Thinlits - you use both the outline and the detailed leaf to create this piece.

And... we stamped "I just love you" from the Petal Palette Stamp Set in Shaded Spruce ink on a 3/4" wide piece of Whisper White card stock.

We layered all of these pieces together, along with a strip of Granny Apple Green Textured Weave Ribbon and a bow using Black Baker's Twine, at the bottom of our page.

I just love how this layering turned out!

Here's a peak at our next page.....

We followed the same basic layout for this page, but used a piece of Blushing Bride card stock over our Whisper White base and a couple of other patterns of the Tropical Escape Designer Series Paper.

At the bottom of this page, we layered a few more die-cut pieces (the "frame" in Granny Apple Green card stock and leaves in Shaded Spruce card stock) using our Tropical Thinlits.  We also stamped and die-cut a leaf in Shaded Spruce ink using the Tropical Chic Stamp Set.

Then, we stamped "You are the greatest" from the Tropical Chic Stamp Set in Shaded Spruce ink on a 1" wide piece of Whisper White card stock.

Finally, we added a Tropical Element to our leaf and tied it with some Linen Thread.
