Playing with Patterns Scrapbook Pages

Hi Friends!

Sorry... I've been pretty quiet this week!  I'm helping out all week at one of the plastics companies that I also work for.  There's a gal on vacation, and I volunteered to cover for her while she's gone.....  I'm not used to going into the office every day.....!  I've kind of realized how much I really do like working from home!  So.... needless to say, I have not had nearly as much time as I normally do to be blogging (or anything else)!  That's also the reason I'm not able to do a Facebook Live today.  But, I'll be back next Friday for another fabulous Frillici Friday, I promise!!

Ok... on to some fun scrapbook pages..... :).

These are 2 of the pages we'll be making at Scrapbook Class next week on Tuesday.....

If you're coming to class, wait until after Tuesday to scroll any further if you don't want to spoil the surprise!

We start our first page with a Purple Posy base, then added 4 squares of the Playing with Patterns Designer Series Paper  (DSP) to the top of our page.  I love all of the fun, bold patterns in this DSP!  They are just so bright and cheerful!

At the bottom of our page, we stamped the fun sentiment "You are Just So Fabulous" in Calypso Coral ink on Whisper White card stock.  You can find this great sentiment in the Many Mates Stamp Set.

Next, we die-cut our sentiment, along with the Night of Navy piece behind it, using the Tasteful Labels Dies.  We added both of these label pieces to our page, along with a Playing with Patterns Resin Dot and the Coastal Cabana bow beside it.

We also stamped "Happy Birthday" (again from the Many Mates Stamp Set) in Calypso Coral ink on Whisper White card stock.  This time, we layered it on a Calypso Coral label (also die-cut from the Tasteful Labels Dies).  And.... we added another Playing with Patterns Resin Dot, along with some of the great Night of Navy Ribbon found in the Playing with Patterns Ribbon Combo Pack.

This combo pack of ribbon includes the Coastal Cabana Ribbon mentioned above, along with this Night of Navy Ribbon, and the Purple Posy Ribbon you'll see used on the next page.

Here's a peak at our next page...

We used the same basic layout for this page, too.  We started with our Purple Posy base and added some more fun squares of the Playing with Patterns Designer Series Paper to the top of our page, along with those 2 pieces of Whisper White card stock to frame our photos.

At the bottom of this page, we stamped "It's Your Day!" in Calypso Coral ink on Whisper White card stock.  This is another great sentiment in the Many Mates Stamp Set.

And.... it gets even better.... these 3 labels (in Whisper White, Purple Posy and Coastal Cabana card stock) are also die-cut from the Tasteful Labels Dies.  Are you kind of getting the idea of how great the Tasteful Labels Dies are??  There are 10 dies in all, and we used 7 of them on these pages!

Finally, we tied a Purple Posy/White Striped Ribbon bow and added it to our sentiment.  This is the 3rd ribbon in the Playing with Patterns Ribbon Combo Pack, and I think it's my favorite!

As always, I hope you enjoyed these pages!

And......

Don't miss out on the....
