Thank You Cards for a Friend

This is a picture of the Thank You cards I made for a friend.  He knew that I made cards and asked what I charged for a "box" of cards.  I thought that was pretty cute!  I've actually only sold my cards individually (and never boxed them up!) - although that does sound like a pretty good idea!  He went on to say that he'd bought boxes of generic thank you cards in the past but thought he'd like a more personalized card this time. He's using these for his business thank you's (he's a general contractor), so I thought this masculine look would be perfect for his cards!

We start with a Basic Gray card base, then add another Basic Gray layer embossed with the Chevron embossing folder and a strip of (masculine!) DSP from the Soho Subway Designer Series Paper.  Next, we stamped "Thanks So Much" from the Oh, Hello set and added that grungy strip of lines below the thank you with the Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Set.  Finally, we made the "tag" look on the thank you with the Angled Tag Topper Punch and added a Basic Metal Button tied with some Silver Baker's Twine.  I love the masculine look of this card, how about you??
