What a beautiful, sparkly card this is!! And a perfect way to say "thank you" to someone you know!!
We start this card with a Smoky Slate Card base, the we added a layer of our Irresistibly Yours Specialty Designer Series Paper.
This paper is so much fun!! We chose Strawberry Slush ink and our Sponge Dauber to color this paper - just dab the dauber in the ink pad and sponge around the paper - the ink will stick to the white scratchy surface on the paper, but not to the glossy embossed part of the paper.
Wipe any excess ink off with a tissue, and you're done!!
It is so simple and has such a gorgeous effect!!

We also added a small strip of Silver Glimmer Paper behind the sponged Designer Series Paper - to give it that sparkle!!

Next, we stamped our flower - using the gorgeous Lotus Blossom Stamp Set (another FREEbie with a $50 order during Sale-a-Bration).
This is a 3-step flower stamp. We stamped it as follows:
1st –
ink the solid flower image in Blushing Bride ink, stamp it off, then stamp on card stock
2nd
– ink the next flower image in Blushing Bride ink and then stamp
3rd –
ink the smallest flower image in Strawberry Slush ink and then stamp
Next, we stamped the flower stem in Pear Pizzaz ink and the sentiment "thank you" in Strawberry Slush ink.
The final finishing touches are the cute bow made with White Baker's Twine and the small fold of 1 1/4" Jute Ribbon behind the flower.
