Be the Star... Schoolhouse Scrapbook Pages

Here are the first 2 pages we made at Scrapbook class this week....

I had so much fun putting these pages together.
I love the fun, bold colors of these pages.  I hope you do, too!!

We start with a Whisper White base then added a strip of the Schoolhouse Designer Series Paper (DSP) along the side of our page.  That Garden Green alphabet strip is the perfect accent for those back-to-school photos!  Next to that we added a piece of Tangerine Tango card stock, along with one more piece (those fun, colorful circles) of the Schoolhouse DSP.

Along the top of our page, we stamped some shooting stars in Pacific Point ink.

And...  we made those large stars, too - using our Be the Star Stamp Set and coordinating Star Framelits.  You can purchase these items separately, or they are bundled together for a 15% savings on both items.  These Star Framelits work great for Holiday times, too!! 

The sentiments (Be the Star You Are and Brilliant!) were stamped out with our 1" and 1 1/4" Circle punches.

We added another strip of the Schoolhouse DSP along the top of this page, too  (those bikes are too cute - makes me want to go on a bike ride!).

Below that we added a piece of Garden Green card stock, along with another large star that says "Hooray" (again using our Be the Star Stamp Set and Star Framelits).

On the bottom of the Garden Green piece, we added a strip of the Pacific Point Stitched Satin Ribbon (this is a gorgeous ribbon!) and stapled it with our Handheld Stapler.

Finally, we added a couple of cute, small stars to the bottom of the page - this time using our Be the Star Stamp Set and Star Framelits for the smaller stamped star and the Medium Star Punch for the Pacific Point Star behind it.
