Come Sail Away Scrapbook Pages

These are the pages we made at Scrapbook Class last night!

We've been having some beautiful fall weather these past couple of weeks (with some pretty hot days, too!), so i thought these pages would be perfect for those last moments on the beach or the water before winter arrives :).

I hope you enjoy!

We start our first page with a Whisper White base, then added a full sheet of Night of Navy card stock to one side of our page, along with 3 more rectangles of Night of Navy card stock to the other side of the page.  The navy and white theme is perfect for these pages, don't you agree??

In one of our rectangles, we added a piece of the Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper and a Night of Navy Stitched Shape circle.  Next, we stamped our sail boat (from the Sailing Home Stamp Set) in Night of Navy ink and die-cut it with the coordinating Smooth Sailing Dies.

Finally, we added some Sahara Sand/Night of Navy Baker's Twine to our piece, along with one of those cute anchors from the Come Sail Away Trinkets.

At the bottom of our page, we added a strip of the Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper and stamped our anchor in Real Red ink and our compass in Night of Navy ink (using the Sailing Home Stamp Set).

We die-cut the anchor using the Smooth Sailing Dies and the compass using the 1 1/2" circle punch and added a little knot using the Sahara Sand/Night of Navy Baker's Twine.

You can get the stamp set and dies separately, or save 10% on the bundle!

Here's a look at our 2nd coordinating page...

Again, we start with a Whisper White base, then added a full sheet of Night of Navy card stock to one side of our page, along with 3 more rectangles of Night of Navy card stock to the other side of the page.

This time, we stamped our lighthouse in Night of Navy ink (using the Sailing Home Stamp Set).  We die-cut the lighthouse, along with the sailing wheel in Soft Suede card stock, using the Smooth Sailing Dies.

Next, we stamped the birds (also from the Sailing Home Stamp Set) in Night of Navy ink on Whisper White card stock and die-cut our circle using the Stitched Shapes Dies.

Finally, we added a Sahara Sand/Night of Navy Baker's Twine bow and one of the silver anchors from the Come Sail Away Trinkets to our wheel.  I just love all of these little details!

In the top corner of this page, we added another piece of the Come Sail Away Designer Series paper to one of our rectangles.

We also stamped "Set Sail in the Direction of your Dreams" in Soft Suede ink on Whisper White card stock.

We used the Smooth Sailing Dies to cut out our sentiment.  I love this stitched label piece and can see using it for LOTS of other sentiments!  We also used the Smooth Sailing Dies to cut our rope piece.

That stitched label piece is enough reason just to buy these dies!!

I hope you enjoyed these pages!
