All-Occasion Card Class/Club - Wednesday, September 11 and Friday, September 13

Here is the first card we'll be making at the All-Occasion Card Class this week on
Wednesday, September 11 from 4-9pm and Friday, September 13 from 1-3pm! Thanks so much to Deena Boos for posting this fun card idea on Pinterest!!

We start with a Basic Black card base, then add a Whisper White layer with lots of fun!! We stamped both of the ink splotches from the Gorgeous Grunge set in Pumpkin Pie and the grid/tire mark in Black Stazon ink. Next we added a few strips of the Witches Brew washi tape and stamped "happy halloween" from the Teeny Tiny Wishes set. Finally, we stamped "Trick or Treat" from the Tags 4 You set and punched it out with the coordinating Label Bracket Punch. This stamp set and punch are bundled together in the Holiday Catalog for a 15% savings on both! What a fun, unique card!!

Here is the next card we'll be making at the All-Occasion Card Class this week on
Wednesday, September 11 from 4-9pm and Friday, September 13 from 1-3pm! Thanks so much to Karina Chin for this whimsical card idea - I received it from a swap at Convention this year and knew I needed this set!!

This card starts with a Smoky Slate card base, then we added stripes to the front of the card itself with the Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Next, we cut a Crisp Cantalope circle using the new Circles Framelits and then added the polka dot strip of the Et Cetera Designer Series Paper. Then, we stamped the bike (from the Cycle Celebrations Set) in Pear Pizzaz and the "Wheely Sweet Friend" in Calypso Coral and tied it with some Calypso Coral Baker's twine. For the finishing touch, we added a couple of tiny scallop circles from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack to the wheels and completed the look with a couple of Mini Brads! I love this card!!

I love this color combination - Crushed Curry, Smoky Slate and Coastal Cabana - it's probably not one I would have thought of, but I absolutely love it!! We stamped the dahlia from the Regarding Dahlias Stamp set in Smoky Slate ink and then the "hi" in Coastal Cabana ink, punched that out with the 1 1/4" circle punch and popped it up on a dimensional. We also added a strip of the Coastal Cabana DSP from the 2013-15 In Color Designer Series Paper Stack and then finished the card off with a Crushed Curry Chevron bow - just beautiful!!

I just think this new Halloween Happiness stamp is too cute!! For this card, we start with a Whisper White card base, then add another layer of Whisper White embossed with the Chevron Textured Impression Embossing folder. We also added a strip of the Brights Designer Series Paper stack in Pumpkin Pie and flanked that on either side with strips of Basic Black to make it pop. Next, we stamped the Halloween Happiness stamp (using Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive and Basic Black markers) on the smaller Whisper White layer, popped that up on dimensionals and then rounded the corners of both pieces with the Corner Rounder punch. Finally, we added a strip of the Basic Black Chevron Ribbon and tied a simple 1/8" Taffeta Pumpkin Pie ribbon around that!! I sure would love to receive this cute Halloween card, how about you??
