Park Lane Scrapbook Page

This is the 3rd page we'll make at Scrapbook Class tomorrow night.....

If you're interested in joining us at this class, we welcome new people anytime!!

The Scrapbook Class meets regularly on the last Tuesday of every month - you can come anytime from 4-9 pm to put your pages together.  Just email me at amy.frillici@yahoo.com or call/text to (989) 330-0259 to sign up for the next class!!

We start our page with a Blackberry Bliss base, then add a couple of strips of the Park Lane Designer Series Paper to the side and bottom of the page.  I remember falling in love with the Park Lane Designer Series Paper when it came out in the Annual Catalog last summer - and I'm finally getting a chance to use it on a scrapbook page!!  Better late than never, I guess!!

Park Lane Designer Series Paper  133694  $10.95

We stamped a beautiful Calypso Coral flower using the Petal Potpourri stamp set and punched it out with the coordinating Flower Medallion Punch - these two items are bundled together for a 15% savings on both items.

Next, we added some of that fun Gold Sequin trim to the center of the flower.  I just added some Snail adhesive to the center, then wrapped the string of sequins around the inside of the flower.  I like that frayed look, so I pulled a couple of sequins off each end and left the string from the sequins.

Petal Potpourri Stamp Set/Flower Medallion Punch Bundle  wood-mount  138876  $37.95
Petal Potpourri Stamp Set/Flower Medallion Punch Bundle  clear-mount  138877  $31.25

Gold Sequin Trim  132983  $4.95

Then, we stamped "Thanks for being you" from the Sale-a-Bration "For Being You Stamp Set" in Blackberry Bliss ink - you can get this stamp set for FREE with a $50 order thru March 31 (just 2 days left!!).

Next, we die-cut this piece (along with our Soft Suede scalloped piece behind it) using our Oval Framelits.

We also stamped that "swoosh" from the Work of Art Stamp Set in Calypso Coral ink and added some tiny flowers from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack, along with a Gold Sequin in the center of each tiny flower.  I found that it works best to use a bit of Tombow Liquid Purpose glue in the center of each flower, then add the sequin and leave it to dry.  The more you fuss with the sequins, the more likely they are to not stay in place!

Work of Art Stamp Set  134111  $29.95
Work of Art Stamp Set   134114  $21.95

Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack  133787  $16.95

I hope you enjoyed this page!!

And....  I hope you were Inkspired today!!
