Oh, my gosh... I just love this peacock!!
Everyone at the Simple, Beautiful Card Class loved it, too (well, except maybe for the fussy cutting of the peacock.... there's no framelit for this, they asked??).

We start our card with a Bermuda Bay card base, then added a layer of Lemon Lime Twist card stock, followed by a layer of Whisper White card stock.
Next, we started stamping..... the pretty scrolls from the Beautiful Peacock Sale-a-Bration Stamp Set (yours FREE with a $50 order thru 3/31/18!) in Bermuda Bay ink and those super-cute tiny flowers in Island Indigo ink. We also stamped "Beautiful Friend" in Bermuda Bay ink in the corner of the card.

Next, we added a strip of Lemon Lime Twist Ombre Ribbon along the middle of the card and then tied a bow around this strip. This ribbon is gorgeous (and so easy to work with!).

Then, we stamped the peacock feathers in Lemon Lime Twist ink and die-cut the circle with the Layering Circle Framelits. Seriously, if you don't have these framelits yet, you NEED to get them!! I use them all the time - there are so many great layering variations you can make with the straight-edge and scallop-edge framelits :).
We also die-cut a Lemon Lime Twist and Island Indigo scallop-edge circle using the Layering Circle Framelits and layered them behind the peacock feathers.
Finally, we stamped our peacock in Island Indigo ink, fussy-cut him with our Paper Snips and popped him on our card with Dimensionals. He's just so cute!
