Paper Pumkin Kit from August 2013

Oh yes, I got waaaay behind on putting my Paper Pumpkin kits together.....
But, I can't tell you how much fun I had putting them ALL together recently!!  It was a marathon Paper Pumpkin fest!!  I'll be posting pictures of each of the kits over the next few weeks, so check back often to get your next preview!!

Some of these past Paper Pumpkin kits are still available.  Just click here to see which kits are available (while supplies last!), then contact me at amy.frillici@yahoo.com or (989) 330-0259 to let me know which kit(s) you'd like, and I'll get them ordered for you!!

As I was putting these projects together, I was reminded of my first card kit that I bought from Stampin' Up (over 7 years ago).  I LOVED putting that kit together and can still remember how careful I was not to make any mistakes - of course, I did make a few mistakes, but then I had fun trying to find ways (like putting a punched image over the mistake!) to cover them up!!

Ok, on to the Paper Pumpkin projects.....

This is the Pedal Praise Monthly kit from August 2013.....

I always like to put one of the projects together as the kit was intended (see above picture).

Then, I like to show how versatile the kits are - they're great for brand-new crafters and seasoned stampers, as well!!

I made the next two cards using supplies from the kit along with a few extras.....

This card incorporates one of the stamps you receive with your first Paper Pumpkin Welcome kit, "hey there friend".  I also added a Brights Designer Button tied with some Linen Thread.  I think my favorite part of the card is the Summer Starfruit hexagon strip that is torn and adhered to look like washi tape :).

Brights Designer Buttons  130028  $7.95

Linen Thread
Linen Thread  104199  $4.50

This next card is really just a different layout from the original card, with the bike stamped on a separate piece of Whisper White card stock and layered on top of the Bermuda Bay card stock piece.  The "thank  you so much" was die-cut using our new Banner Framelits.

As you can see, it's pretty simple to change things up a bit if you have a few extra supplies!!  Or make the projects exactly as the kit is intended!!  The choice is yours!!

I hope you enjoyed these Paper Pumpkin projects!!
