Geometrical... Cheer up Buttercup

I love the bright colors on this card -
Bermuda Bay, Strawberry Slush, Crushed Curry and Basic Gray!!

They were inspired from our Confetti Celebration Designer Series Paper.

We start our card with a Bermuda Bay card base, then we added some of our Confetti Celebration Designer Series Paper to the card - first with the polka dot rectangle piece and then with those strips of DSP.  I wanted the strips to look kind of like washi tape, so we tore the edges to give them a similar look!  This DSP will retire when the catalog does, so don't wait to get yours!!  Order it today!!

Next, we punched a 2 1/2" Circle Punch (in Strawberry Slush card stock) and stamped "cheer up buttercup" on a strip of Whisper White Card stock.  The end of this strip was flagged with our 1" Square Punch.  We also added a Brights Candy Dot (in Melon Mambo - it's close enough to Strawberry Slush, I thought!) to the edge of this flagged piece.

Finally, we stamped those triangles (from the Geometrical Stamp Set) in Bermuda Bay, Strawberry Slush and Crushed Curry ink and punched them out with our coordinating Triangle Punch.  Both the stamp set and punch are on the retiring list - stamp sets are available thru May 26; all other items are available while supplies last.
