Apple of My Eye... Thank You

This is a simple thank you card we made last month at our Group Meeting and Inkspiration Night.  We make and donate cards each month at our meeting - then one of our Inkspired Stampers delivers them to a local organization in our area.  Lately, we've been donating them to a local hospice house to use for their Bingo prizes.  They just love them!

We start our card with an Old Olive Card base, then added layers of Tangerine Tango card stock and Whisper White card stock.

Next, we stamped "thank you" from the Apple of My Eye Stamp set in Early Espresso ink.  This stamp set, which I just love, will be retiring by May 31.  Stampin' Up has guaranteed that they will produce all stamp sets until May 22, and then they will be available while supplies last.  All other items on the retiring lists are only available while supplies last.

Next, we stamped those cool flourishes (behind our orange slices) in Old Olive ink.  These flourishes (along with 8 other wonderful background image stamps) can be found in the Timeless Textures Stamp Set.

Finally, we stamped our orange slices (also found in the retiring Apple of My Eye Stamp Set) in Tangerine Tango ink, punched them out with our 1 3/4" Circle Punch and popped them up on Dimensionals on our card.
