What fun this next card is! Reminds me of the circus!!
For this card, we started with a crisp Whisper White card base, then added a strip of Big Top Birthday Designer Series Paper (shown below). You receive 12 sheets per package (2 each of 6 double-sided designs) for $10.95. This is another DSP that is retiring on May 31 - order yours today!! | Next, we punched a few circles out of circles to make the fun rings. Then I stamped the sentiment "wish BIG" from the Word Play stamp set (which is NOT retiring - yay!!) in tempting turquoise. I added a quick bow with the 1/4" Grograin ribbon in Tempting Turquoise (which IS retiring on May 31, or while supplies last).
