the 3D Project/Big Shot Class next Wednesday, February 27 at 7pm!!
I am so excited to show everyone this fun frame featuring the Dress Up Framelits!! I can't wait to hang this great decor item up on the wall in my stamp studio!! I really can't get enough of these cute dresses!! There are so many things you can do to "pretty" them up!! I chose to use some fun Designer Series Paper (International Bazaar, to be exact), then add some whimsical touches, for this project. We added some pearls/necklaces and some trim at the waist of each dress (with Daffodil Delight 1/8" Taffeta ribbon, Daffodil Delight Seam Binding Ribbon, Very Vanilla Seam Binding Ribbon and 5/8" Flower Trim, and Island Indigo Sale-a-bration Ribbon with pearls). We even cut the sleeves off one dress to make it a strapless dress!!
We also stamped some inspriational words, "Inspire, Create, Dream and Imagine", from the Loving Thoughts Stamp Set.
Finally, we added a Vintage Faceted Button with some Island Indigo Baker's Twine at the bottom of the project. These beautiful buttons are one of the items that you can get for FREE during Sale-a-bration with a $50 order.

Our next project features a bunch of items you can get for FREE during Sale-a-bration (now through March 22) with any $50 order. This is a fun, folded card we made at one of Ronda Wade's Rubberqueen meetings earlier this year. We started with a 5 1/2" x 7 1/4" Island Indigo card base, scored at 3". We then embossed this back piece with the Vine Street Embossing Folder and added a layer of Sycamore Street Designer Series paper to the front flap. Then we added a layer of Tangerine Tango (6 1/2" x 4 1/4", scored in half at 3 1/4") and folded this over top of the Island Indigo/DSP flap. We wrapped some Tangerine Tango Sale-a-bration Ribbon around this layer. We also stamped "There's Only One You" from the Vintage Verses stamp set and then die cut it with the Apothecary Accents Framelits. Finally, we highlighted this piece with the coordinating Essentials Paper-Piercing Pack to accent the sentiment.
