Sale-a-bration Bundle Class - Thursday, March 7

Here are the projects we'll be making at the
Sale-a-bration Bundle Class on Thursday, March 7 from 6:30-9:30pm!!

RSVP and pre-payment are due by Tuesday, February 26 in order to ensure we have your product here in time for class!!

For this Sale-a-bration Bundle class, we're featuring the Oh, Hello Stamp set from the Spring Catalog, along with some of the fabulous embellishments in the Spring Catalog.

Oh, Hello Wood-Mount Stamp Set

Oh, Hello Stamp Set  (wood-mount)  130730  $25.95
Oh, Hello Stamp Set  (clear-mount)  130733  $18.95
Most of these projects were shared and demonstrated by our co-founder and CEO, Shelli Gardener, at our Leadership Convention in Orlando earlier this year.  I love so many of her ideas and am excited to be able to share these with all of you!!
This first project is a set of 4 mini (3x3) cards that will fit perfectly in their own cute box!!

We embossed the top of the kraft box with the Honeycomb embossing folder, then added some Baja Breeze Seam binding ribbon and a cute homemade "trinket". I learned this "trinket" idea from one of Ronda Wade's recent Rubberqueen meetings. Here's how you do it..... take one of the Soda Pop Tops from the Spring Catalog, run it through the Big Shot on the lowest level setting on the platform (between the two cutting pads, of course!) - it will flatten it enough to fit any image stamped and punched with the 1" circle punch. I chose to use the Collage Curios Set for the inside of our "trinket" - see that cute butterfly??

Each of the 3x3 mini cards were stamped with images from the Oh, Hello set.  We also embossed the bottom of each card with the adorable Needlepoint Border Textured Impressions Embossing Folders.

This next card features the Delicate Details Lace Tape (along the bottom of the card).  We positioned this self-adhesive tape along the bottom of the card, sponged Lucky Limeade ink over the tape, then removed the tape (yes, you can use it over and over again!!).  What's left is the ink that you've sponged through the tape!!  I just love this effect!!

This next card also features images from the Oh, Hello set - that flower is one of my favorite images from this set!  And this time..... we just turned that Lucky Limeade ink pad over and pressed down firmly on our card stock - this is the result!  I have an old ink pad and actually like the fact that it came out kind of "splotchy"!  If you'd like a more solid image, try one of the new ink pads.  I would recommend trying this effect out on scrap paper until you find the effect you most prefer!

This card is another beauty! - thanks, Shelli!!  We again feature the Delicate Details Lace Tape - this time we just adhered it right to the card.  And there's that awesome flower again - we embossed it, along with the sentiment, in Gold Embossing powder - it gives it a gorgeous effect (which may be lost in the picture....  you just have to see it in person!).

You may also notice that whimsical 3-dimensional flower on the card - that's the 5/8" Flower Trim that I just can't get enough of!!

Our last project features the Oh, Hello set again, along with the Honeycomb Embossing Folder.  This time we used our markers to create the middle "banner" on the card below - just grab your baja breeze, rich razzleberry, and calypso coral markers and you're all set!  You may have also noticed some beautiful designer series paper here (see, also,  the "Celebrate" and "Thoughts of You" cards previously shown).   It's the Tea for Two Designer Series Paper - this paper has the perfect spring feel!
