I remember loving this color combination (Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight and Rich Razzleberry) a few years ago when it was featured on a pack of Designer Series Paper - I guess I'm just a "sucker" for fun, bright colors!!!
We start our card with a Melon Mambo card base,
then added a layer of Daffodil Delight Card Stock.

Next, we stamped those great candles (from the Cycle Celebration Stamp Set) in our coordinating colors (see above) on a piece of Whisper White card stock. Just make sure to clean your stamp between each color as there is only one candle stamp in this set!

Next, we added a strip of Pumpkin Pie card stock embossed with our Chevron Embossing Folder and a strip of Rich Razzleberry 1/4" Cotton Ribbon above our embossed piece.

Finally, we stamped "celebrate a sweet birthday" in Pumpkin Pie ink and punched it out with our Large Oval Punch. We cleaned the stamp off and inked it in Melon Mambo ink, then punched it out with our Decorative Label Punch.
I just love how these pieces look layered together!!
