These are the Scrapbook pages we'll be making tonight at our Scrapbook Class.
This class meets the last Tuesday of every month anytime from 4-9pm.
I'd love to have you join us sometime!!
We make 3 12x12 page layouts each month - this is the coordinating two-page spread. We also make a single page spread that coordinates with the next month's single-page spread (you'll see that single-page spread before the end of the month - in the meantime, here's a peak at the page we made last month).

We start our page with a Mossy Meadow base, then added strips of the gorgeous English Garden Designer Series Paper (DSP) to the top and side of our page. We also added a piece of Whisper White 1/4" Cotton Ribbon along the side of the DSP, just to offset it a bit.
Then, we die-cut 2 pieces of Hello Honey cardstock with our Lots of Labels Framelits. They are the perfect size to hold a couple of photos.
English Garden Designer Series Paper 138440 $11.00
Whisper White 1/4" Cotton Ribbon 134567 $6.00
Lots of Labels Framelits 138281 $27.00
Next, we stamped our beautiful butterfly (using the Watercolor Wings Stamp Set)....
1 - Stamp the first solid image from this butterfly set in So Saffron ink
2 - Stamp the outside edges of the butterfly in Mossy Meadow ink
3 - Stamp the inside shading stamp (and dots along the outside of the butterfly's wings) in Hello Honey ink
4 - Die-cut the butterfly with the new Bold Butterfly Framelits
5 - Stamp the body of the butterfly in Mossy Meadow ink - I found it was easier to die-cut the butterfly and then
stamp the body - it's easier to line up the body that way (trust me, I
know this from experience now - after I stamped the body, then die-cut
it and learned I hadn't positioned the body in the right place!)
6 - add some of our new Gold Metallic Thread to the center of the butterfly - just add some adhesive to the center of the body, then tack the thread and loop it on each side until you get the look you want!
This stamp set and framelits are bundled together for a 15% savings on both items - check them out below....
Watercolor Wings/Bold Butterfly Bundle 140232 $36.50
Gold Metallic Thread 138401 $3.00
Here's a look at our next page....
It also features a couple of strips of the English Garden Designer Series Paper, along with a strip of Early Espresso 1/4" Cotton Ribbon and a bow, and 2 pieces of Hello Honey cardstock die-cut with our Lots of Labels Framelits.
Early Espresso 1/4" Cotton Ribbon 134560 $6.00
In the corner of the page, we stamped a couple of So Saffron flowers from the Watercolor Words Stamp Set. We also stamped "love" in Mossy Meadow ink (from the Watercolor Words Stamp Set as well) and die-cut this piece with our Ovals Collection Framelits. A couple more So Saffron flowers were added to this piece, too. Then, this piece was layered on top of another Mossy Meadow piece die-cut from the Ovals Collection Framelits.
Watercolor Words Photopolymer Stamp Set 138702 $26.00
Ovals Collection Framelits 129381 $27.00
I hope you enjoyed these pages!!
And... we'd love to have you join us at a Scrapbook Class anytime!!
Have an Inkspired day!!
