Petals & Paisleys... Just a Note

Here's a gorgeous "note" card for you today - it's perfect for those times when you just want to say a quick hello to someone for no real reason at all!  Isn't that about the best reason to receive a card anyway??

We start our card with a Mint Macaron card base, then added a a layer of Night of Navy card stock.

Next, we added a strip of the gorgeous (I can't stop using that word - you know, I REALLY like this paper, and..... I think it makes the card!) Petals & Paisleys Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) to the side of our card.

Before adding these layers to our card, we also put a strip of the Mint Macaron 3/8" Ribbon (from the Ribbon Trio Pack) through the middle of the card.

Petals & Paisleys Specialty Designer Series Paper  142017  $13.00

3/8" Ribbon Trio Pack  142021  $11.00

Next, we stamped "just a note" from the Watercolor Wishes Stamp Set (included in the Watercolor Wishes Card Kit) in Night of Navy ink.  I love the cursive font of this stamp set - it would be fun to be able to write like that!

Watercolor Wishes Card Kit  140406  $35.00

Finally, we die-cut that beautiful leaf using the Paisley Framelits and the new Copper Foil Paper.  This new Copper Foil Paper has been so much fun to play with!  We also added a Pearl to the center of our copper leaf.

Paisley Framelits  141849  $29.00

Copper Foil Paper  142020  $4.00

Pearl Basic Jewels  119247  $5.00

I hope you enjoyed this card!
