For this card, we start with a Smoky Slate card base, then added a layer of Crushed Curry embossed with the Arrows Embossing folder. We also added a Coastal Cabana piece layered with a piece of Eastern Elegance Designer Series Paper (note that the colors for this card were inspired by the colors in this DSP!). Next, we stamped those cute paper lanterns - the outline in Basic Gray and the lanterns themselves in Crushed Curry, Smoky Slate and Coastal Cabana. Finally, we stamped "Congratulations" in Coastal Cabana and added one of the cute Mini Metallic Clothespins. I have a friend whose daughter is graduating from high school this year - I thought this would be a fun card to give to her at her graduation open house!
