I decided to focus on a couple of items that are retiring from the Annual Catalog - the Lattice Bigz Die, Blossom Party Originals Die and Polka Dot Parade Designer Series Paper - I had to use them one last time!! All DSP from the Annual Catalog is retiring on May 31 (or while supplies last), so order your favorite DSP before it's gone forever!! And... many of the Bigz Originals dies for the Big Shot are retiring as well!

I love the look of flowers growing on a trellis (we can still only hope for that reality here in Michigan, although the promise of warmer weather seems to be approaching soon!).
For this page, we die-cut 4 lattice pieces and added them to the side of the page (the bottom one had to be trimmed a bit to fit the page).
We also die cut flowers in Pumpkin Pie, Marina Mist, Rich Razzleberry and Daffodil Delight using the Blossom Party Originals Die. I love how the layers of this flower look! We added some leaves to our flowers using the Bird Punch. And... the cute Brights Candy Dots add a fun touch to the center of each flower.

This next page features the Polka Dot Parade Designer Series Paper - we punched circles in various colors using the 1 3/8", 1 3/4" and 2 1/2" circle punches.

Here is the last page we made at class this month.... It actually features some new products from the next Annual Catalog, which makes its debut on June 1!! I figured class was so close to the end of May that it would be ok to feature some new product as a sneak-peek! This is one of the new In Colors - Hello Honey - and a new Designer Series Paper called Lullaby. As the name implies, it is intended as a "baby" themed DSP, but the patterns are not overtly "baby", so it was fun to use it on a Spring/Summer Scrapbook page as well. The colors featured in this DSP are Baked Brown Sugar, Coastal Cabana, Crisp Cantalope, Hello Honey, and Pistachio Pudding - I was glad to see last year's In Colors still featured in the DSP, too!
Here's a closer look at the new Lullaby DSP - you'll see even more of the patterns in the DSP on next month's Scrapbook page (the 2nd half of this 2-page spread).
We also featured a retiring stamp set on this page - the Hello, Lovely stamp set. We stamped all images in Baked Brown Sugar, punched the square pieces with the 1" square punch and hand-cut the rectangular "You make me Happy" piece. Finally, we added a Rhinestone to the center of each of the square pieces.
