Here's the last card we'll make at class this week....
I received this card a few weeks ago from my upline, Ronda Wade, recognizing me for my sales last quarter - I think I was 3rd in overall sales in our group for the last quarter. It was a nice surprise to receive the card, along with the candy dots she'd tucked inside!

And... I love that we can use some of the All is Calm Specialty Designer Series Paper for another use - this Valentine/Love card, rather than the Holiday cards I've been using it on for a while now!
We start this card with a Smoky Slate card base, then added a layer of Whisper White card stock. We stamped "Groovy Kind of Love" in Melon Mambo ink, from the appropriately-named Groovy Love Stamp Set, on the bottom of this layer.
We also added a strip of the Smoky Slate 3/4" Chevron Ribbon to the card, along with a strip of the Melon Mambo 1/4" Cotton Ribbon, then tied a "cheater bow" to this strip of Melon Mambo ribbon - you basically just tie another (separate) piece of ribbon to the original strip that you put on the card. I find it's easiest to keep the ribbon on the bolt until you've got your bow just right, then cut it!

We also punched a 2 1/2" Circle Punch from the center of the Whisper White layer, then added that beautiful sparkly silver paper from the All is Calm Specialty Designer Series Paper behind the punched circle.
Finally, we stamped that fun polka-dotted heart in Melon Mambo ink, punched it out with the coordinating Sweet Heart Punch and added a Rhinestone!
