This is the 3rd page we made at our Scrapbook Class last night....
We start with a Whisper White base, then added a punch of color with our strip of Confetti Celebration Designer Series Paper along the bottom of the page.
We also added a piece of Tangelo Twist card stock, stamped it with the arrows from the Celebrate Today Stamp Set and then added some Hello Honey Quilted Cotton Ribbon to this piece.

Now, for those cute balloons (which can be found in the Celebrate Today stamp set)....
We stamped them in Bermuda Bay ink on Bermuda Bay Card stock and then die-cut them with the coordinating Balloon Framelits - these two items are bundled together for a 15% savings on both items.
Next, we stamped those cute balloon tassels in Strawberry Slush ink on Strawberry Slush Card stock and the little bow in Tangelo Twist ink on Tangelo Twist Card stock. Again, we used the coordinated Balloon Framelits to die-cut these pieces.
