We start our card with a Mossy Meadow Card base. This is one of the 2014-16 In Colors that will be retiring soon... Don't wait until the retiring lists are announced... Next, we added a piece of Blushing Bride card stock, along with a piece of Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper (that cute polka dot piece!) to our card.

Then, we stamped our flower in Blushing Bride ink and "dear friend" in Mossy Meadow ink on a 2" wide piece of Whisper White card stock. These stamped images can be found in the Birthday Blooms Stamp Set - I just love that flower and the font of the words in this set!
We also punched the top of this piece with our Scalloped Tag Topper Punch and added some Smoky Slate Baker's Twine to our tag. Finally, we added a Rhinestone to our tag.
