Scrapbook Class/Club - Tuesday, October 29

Here are a couple of recent scrapbook pages.... 
We made one of these pages last month at class and the other (coordinating) page we made at class this month!

This is the page we made at class this month.  It's super simple and yet really fun!!  The Witches Brew Designer Series Paper just makes this page, don't you think??  We said "BOO" with the Typeset Alphabet Bigz Die letters.

And here's a close-up of the Very Vintage Designer Button - we put a Large Pearl on the inside of the button and placed it over top of the Basic Black 1/8" Taffeta ribbon.

Here are the next 2 pages we made at class this month...  They are beautiful fall pages......



This page features the Sweater Weather Designer Series Paper, as well as the Thankful For stamp.  We stamped the "Thankful for" in Crushed Curry, die-cut it with one of the Apothecary Accents Framelits, and then sponged around the edges with Chocolate Chip ink.

We die-cut the leaves with the Autumn Accents Bigz Die and then embossed them with the Houndstooth and Woodgrain Embossing folders.  Finally, we tied a Soft Sky Seam-Binding Ribbon around the bottom of the page.

Our last page features more of the Sweater Weather DSP (I just love this DSP!), as well as the 1 1/4" Burlap Ribbon.

We stamped the Magnificent Maple Stamp in Tangerine Tango and then added some Epic Day This & That Washi Tape and a Naturals Designer Button tied with some Linen Thread.

And here's that awesome turkey from the Harvest of Thanks Stamp Set.....  We stamped him first in Chocolate Chip ink and punched him out with the 1 1/4" circle punch, then we added a 1 3/8"circle in Soft Sky behind him and then stamped him again in Tangerine Tango and die-cut that piece with the Deco Labels Collection Framelits (and punched the center of this piece with the 1 3/8" circle punch).  Finally, we put that entire piece on a Chocolate Chip piece die-cut with the Window Collection Framelits.  Lots of steps.... but I love the effect!!
